C R E A T I V E  W O R K

As a multidisciplinary artist + producer, Kat Pegler's work stems from a fascination in exploring the more-than-human,  going beyond convention to work across the fields of philosophy, history, immersive technologies and art-science.  Her musical background has led her to create a sound art practice that converges with nature and interspecies collaboration; pushing boundaries to explore imagined futures, play with non-anthropocentric perspectives and consider alternative ways of being. Her work is deeply influenced by process and research, integrating the space, time and people in that moment. She loves to fuse the new with the old, combining folkloric practice such as Morris Dance and drone music with innovation, exploring AI and Augmented Reality.
